ours is a new product in an existing category. Pull already exists as people are already buying home decor products - online and offline. People are already searching for home decor products online.

however there are design limitations, and those are providing decent designs are costly, while those who are selling cheap don't have good designs.

So we will solve for Distinctiveness by providing good designs at the right price. We will solve for preference by communicating our USPs consistently to our customers and making customers aware of our designs consistently in our communications.
